How to Build an Elevated Sandmound Sewage Disposal System
The sand may be made of various materials. It may be natural quartz sand found locally in this area. It may be manufactured in the processing of crushed stone. It may even be recycled glass that is crushed into sand. As long as the material is certified to having met the requirements and was taken from a PennDOT certified stockpile, it may be used.
